1. CONSULTATION
David will discuss the garden you wish to create by either face-to-face or online video conferencing. The initial discussion builds up a thorough understanding of your ideas, lifestyle needs and preferences, as well as the scale and condition of the development site. After a comprehensive brief is approved, a fee proposal will follow.
2. Concept Design
David and his team will draw up a detailed landscape design concept that closely follows your brief. This plan will illustrate the natural and structural landscape spaces to be created.
3. Design Development
No matter how big or small, this is the phase for decisions to be made on all proposed elements on the design. This will include details such as construction methods, materials, lighting, irrigation and planting quantities for your final approval.
4. Contract Documentation
This is where the financial outlay to your project is explained and itemised prior to putting the shovel to the ground. Where necessary, some structural components of the garden may need to be submitted to your local council for approval prior to commencement of construction. With decades of experience liaising with Council Departments, Planners and Surveyors – PATH will ensure your journey is smooth and positive.
