A garden with lush vegetations, the evergreen plantations giving out a green garden view.

This beautiful Alderford Garden landscape design is a timeless creation, featuring an aesthetically balanced and symmetrical frontage that leads through to a purposeful family entertaining area seamlessly integrated into the rear of the home. Set back from the street, varying heights of deep green planting create layered drifts of evergreen shrubs, backed by a low Portuguese Laurel hedge.

The planting sits in front of a striking 1.2m-high fence featuring dark charcoal metalwork and rendered pillars designed to complement the façade of the home. At the centre, a modern pedestrian gate aligns with the home’s French entry doors, while an automated sliding gate to the left continues the same sleek charcoal metalwork.

Entering through the central gate, the eye is immediately drawn along the Bluestone pathway towards the large French double-entry doors. Symmetrical border planting frames the pathway, while two beautiful Lagerstroemia 'Coral-Red Crepe Myrtle' positioned on either side create a welcoming sense of balance and serenity.

The boundary fences on both sides of the front garden are finished in Dulux ‘Domino’ black, providing a strong backdrop that further highlights the rich green evergreen Ficus hedge along the right-hand boundary. Careful attention was also given to the finer construction details, including precisely formed concrete corner cut-outs and steel garden-bed edging, completing the clean and seamless presentation of the frontage.

The rear garden and surrounding spaces focus strongly on both the aesthetic views from within the home and the practical functionality of the entertaining area, extending the feeling of tranquillity beyond the building footprint. Views from the kitchen window and across the Merbau timber deck are softened by the vertical growth of Bambusa 'Clumping Bamboo'. This elegant screening plant provides fresh greenery and privacy, while the gentle movement and sound of its fine leaves add another sensory layer to the garden.
