A mansion garden in Ivanhole with a classic water fountain feature with bluestone capping, creating the elegant feeling of this garden.

Designed specifically to provide a textured interest to the modern architectural style, PATH created a combination of delights for the senses in this garden The use of accent foliage, such as shrubs and flowers, helps to break up the hard lines of the steel and rendered fence, creating a more natural and cohesive look. 

The font fence with rows of tree planted in front, acting as a buffer between the exterior and the garden.
The classic water fountain feature with bluestone capping and vegetation below it, and the side limestone dwarf wall matches the classic feeling of garden design.

This also helped to create a sense of privacy and seclusion, as the plants provide a buffer between the garden and the outside world. The maple trees provide fresh greens in spring/summer but vivid reds in autumn. Other than layering the ground with their dark handsome glossy leaves, the star jasmines in the understory planting give visitors a scented invitation in spring.

The front garden has two rustic highlights – a bowl water feature and a recycled wharf timber bench, adding character to the contemporary design. Laser-cut Corten steel screen featuring bamboo breaks up the planting bed of glossy dark green of the Magnolia with an artistic visual focus, which lights up beautifully when the sun sets.

The sandstone paving leads the visitor to the backyard, where a sparkling on-ground pool awaits. Vertical batten screen dresses the rear fence while providing a contrast to the swimming pool that is partitioned by transparent acrylic glass. A natural limestone walling product, ‘Coolum’ is used to complete the elevated garden bed and swimming pool retaining walls with earthy tones. In addition to its visual appeal, the use of “Coolum” also serves a functional purpose.

The copper red metal cladding as a decoration on the boundary fence, with tailor design laser cut pattern on it, adding fun to the garden design.

 The product is durable and long lasting, making it ideal for use in retaining walls that support the weight of the garden bed and swimming pool. This Ivanhoe Garden has lush planting and hardy durable materials to compliment our client’s modern style.

The combination of man-made structures, light, and nature’s ethereal lighting creates a dusky harmony in this modern garden design. The interplay between these elements creates a cohesive and visually appealing outdoor space that enhances the overall appeal of this Ivanhoe Garden Landscape Design.
