McKinnon Garden beautifully complements the clients’ architecturally striking home and lifestyle. Clean lines, elegant styling, a minimalistic palette and close attention to detail form the core design characteristics of this refined residential landscape.

At the street frontage, the front fence and entryway are a finely detailed steel fence finished in Dulux ‘Domino’, combined with decorative pillars that reflect details within the house façade. Entering through the gate, visitors are welcomed by an elongated Bluestone cobble walkway framed with warm Limestone. The pathway leads towards illuminated Limestone clad steps and continues into the covered entrance of the residence. Clipped Buxus borders create symmetry on both sides of the walkway, establishing a sense of sophisticated order and uncluttered beauty to suit customer’s classy lifestyle.

Moving along the side service pathway, a row of Pyrus ‘Upright Ornamental Pear’ is underplanted with beautifully scented Gardenia ‘Common Gardenia’. The matching colour palette continues through the timber paling fencing, also finished in Dulux ‘Domino’. Maintaining a consistent palette of finishes and planting throughout the property helps create a harmonious connection between all areas of the garden.

The elevated timber deck is light up by the warm led light, casting shadows on the timber and pavings, different materials and pavings meet each other harmoniously.

The rear garden is enclosed by lush green Ficus hedging, with the main focus placed on the elevated entertainment deck. Raised to align with the internal floor level, the stylish Merbau timber deck provides a seamless transition between interior and exterior living spaces.

The overhead led lighting of the outdoor deck shinning thorugh the timber deck glass fence, giving shadows to the surrounding, enhancing the level difference.

Each timber board was carefully installed to create a precise finish, while integrated lighting enhances the deck after dark. A frameless glass balustrade completes the space, maintaining uninterrupted views across the surrounding garden. The completed McKinnon Garden reflects PATH Design Studio’s commitment to refined detailing and construction quality.
